CALYPSO

Michael Hanian’s musical CALYPSO was first produced at Helsinki’s Hartwall Arena in 2002, directed by Jussi Parviainen and choreographed by Jorma Uotinen. The large-scale production featured a cast of 50 and was seen by approximately 20,000 spectators.

Today, CALYPSO is being reimagined as an immersive musical experience created for the Twin Shell Theatre — a new waterfront performance concept conceived by Michael Hanian.
